AGM

On the evening of May 6^th 2026 we held our AGM in the Pavilion Room at the Village Hall and we had 22 attendees including the Committee members. We received the annual Chair’s Report, Treasurer’s Report and the audited accounts for 2025. The Trustees and Committee members were duly re-elected, without any changes. In addition to the formal business of the evening, this was also an excellent opportunity to enjoy some refreshments and socialise with other volunteers.

The Chair’s Report included a detailed analysis of the drives made by our volunteers in 2025 and these data are also summarised in the infographic below. As shown, there was a small increase from 2024 in the total number of drives and a greater increase in the total number of miles done (almost 10,000!). The Winter Wheels free drive service was again very successful, saving 45 of our clients a total of almost £1500.
